Response times

Corrections: usually within two days, because they change what is published. Everything else: within a week, usually. I write this in the evenings.

What I cannot help with

Bug reports for a program itself — those belong with the people who develop it, not with me. Remote support on your machine. Requests for copies of software. Anything that needs me to log into your accounts.

Publisher

This site is published by one person, not a company. Mail and calls reach me directly.
